At Celebrations Clothing, our goal is to provide you with the best service and ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
You have 7 days from the delivery date (shipment marked as delivered) to request a return or exchange.
To begin, simply click the “Start Your Return/Exchange” button below and follow the steps.
Exchanges are free of charge within the United States.
You may exchange only for a different size of the same item.
If your requested size/item is no longer in stock or you would prefer something different, you may return the item for store credit, which can be applied to any item on our site.
All items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Custom-stitched or personalized items are not eligible for exchange, as they are made to your measurements.
Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our warehouse, and for your exchange order to ship out.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be in original packaging, unworn, unused, with tags attached.
Returns for store credit → processed free of charge.
Returns for refund to your original payment method → subject to a 15% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For “Free Shipping” promotions, our standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. We recommend using your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post) for the most cost-effective rates.
Final sale items, custom-stitched, or personalized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or alterations.
This does not apply to merchandise that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in such cases, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
We do not allow double exchanges (e.g., if you exchange once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again).
Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Refunds to your original payment method typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Refunds issued as store credit will be available in your account immediately after processing.
